You are also eligible to receive discounts on the rental of gallery and workshop space. Volunteer Opportunities
As we all know, volunteers are the driving force behind any successful community organisation, and ARCAC is no exception. People often have specific areas where they would feel comfortable offering a bit of their time. Volunteers will be contacted on an as needed basis. Let us know if you would like to help out, and which areas interest you, by completing the contact form below. Some examples would be:Casual basis
We are always looking for new ideas and energy - why not help out on one of our committee's?
- Gallery Sitting: 3 hours on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon, from 1-4pm (meet & greet visitors, answer queries, take messages, take payments for memberships and art sales)
- Receptions & Openings: We are in need of help with the set up and tidy of our events including food preparation, drinks, greeting visitors
- Yard work and building maintenence
- Promotions & PR: distributing mailings, flyers and posters
- Office work (filing/archiving)
We are always looking for new ideas and energy - why not help out on one of our committee's?
- Finance Committee: must have financial/accounting/business experience
- Human Resources: must have some business/HR experience
